melled is for your closest friends. Ten friends at most, albums of six. It only works if everyone feels safe opening it, so here are the house rules. They are part of our Terms of Use.

Be kind

These are your people. Treat them that way. Tease if that's your thing, but stop the moment it stops being funny for the other person.

Share what's yours to share

  • Only post photos you took or have the right to share.
  • Before posting someone, make sure they'd be OK with it. That goes double for anyone who isn't in the album.
  • Keep other people's private details private: addresses, phone numbers, documents, screenshots of private conversations.

Never allowed

  • Anything that sexualizes minors. Zero tolerance. We remove it, ban the account for good, and report it to the authorities.
  • Nudity and sexual content, including intimate images of anyone shared without their consent.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.
  • Hate against people for who they are: race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation.
  • Violence, gore, or encouraging self-harm.
  • Illegal activity, including selling drugs or weapons.
  • Doxxing: posting someone's private information to expose or target them.
  • Spam, scams and impersonation.

This also applies to board notes, stickers, cutouts, titles and your profile.

Report and block

If something's wrong, tell us.

  • Report a photo, board content or a person from within the app. You can also email support@melled.app.
  • Block someone to stop them from interacting with you in melled.

We review every report within 24 hours.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

What happens when someone breaks the rules

  • The content comes down.
  • The account can be suspended.
  • Serious or repeated violations mean a permanent ban.

Anything involving the sexual abuse of minors leads straight to a ban and a report to the authorities.
