How do I add friends?
Share your invite link with a friend. When they open it and accept, you're friends. Each link works once, and you can have up to 10 friends. Only send it to people you know.
How do I create an album?
Create a new album in the app and pick who's in it. An album holds up to six people, and everyone in it has to be your friend.
How do I delete a photo?
The person who sent a photo, or anyone in the album who received it, can delete it for everyone. It disappears from the app right away, and its file is removed from our storage within about a day.
How do I keep a photo off my friends' widgets?
When you send a photo, you choose whether it can appear on your friends' home screen widgets. To take one down after sending it, delete the photo.
How do I report someone or block them?
Report a photo, board content or a person from within the app, and block someone there too. You can also email support@melled.app with what happened. We review every report within 24 hours. See our Community Guidelines.
How do I change permissions?
Open the iOS Settings app, then melled. From there you can turn camera, photos, location and notifications on or off. melled only uses your location while you're using the app, never in the background.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → account management → delete account. You're signed out right away and your data is erased in the background, usually within minutes. The Privacy Policy lists what gets deleted.
